I am so pleased that A& A Computer Repair was able to help me! They fixed my iPhone 5 after the Genius Bar at the Apple Store was not able to help me. My phone suddenly stopped working and would not go beyond the black background/white apple "screen of death" when plugged in. The guy at the Genius Bar said that my only option was to restore, thus losing everything, including 7,000+ pictures of my family (...I had not backed up to the cloud. Lesson learned!!).
I refused to believe there was nothing to be done, and brought my phone to A & A.
They said they'd try to help, and said they'd need two weeks. A & A was in touch frequently. They were able to fix my phone in about 4 days!!! The problem turned out to be a bum battery!!! So glad I didn't give up. Pictures saved and backed up to cloud.
Also, the price was extremely reasonable!!! I'd recommend A & A to all family & friends. Thanks A & A guys!!! :-D
