Got lost a couple times trying to find the place after a day of used car shopping. Ron stayed seated upon our arrival and the friendly phone person I'd spoke to just hours before had morphed into an arrogant redneck who tried to treat us, two 40-50 year old professionals, like we were his children. Tried to gain the upper hand by dissing my friends' credit score (which we disclosed on the phone in case they didn't work with low credit). The place was a dump, the attitude was smug-and disrespectful-and this "long-time employee" has another face when the owner? isn't watching. When she's "keeping an eye on the trash" she better keep the other one on Ron... who probably holds her in the same contempt he did us. PS I'm giving two stars for the decent selection.
