We purchased a sectional with three recliners from Ashley's 2 months ago. The middle recliner hasn't been used until recently. Tried it the other day and something is not right with it. So we called Ashley's furniture and found out that they don't have any guarantee on their furniture. They quoted us $45 (to be paid immediately) for them to make an appointment to come and check the recliner. Obviously, they do not back up their products unless you buy their warranty. Find somewhere else to buy your furniture! They don't stand behind their furniture at all.
