Owner and management are very pushy and rude. They rip you off and take no ownership in any fault. They try to scam you out of money. Even From small issues they don't keep their word, such as usually forgetting the air freshener they are supposed to include in most of their washes. They bully people. My last time there I paid for a basic wash and they gave me my car back covered in water stains, so I let them do a full service wash, as they had been very persistently trying to make me get since I got there. they tried to over charge me, and On top of that they returned my car to me with a cracked windshield that they take no fault in causing. Also, they told me they would replace my windshield for $315, which is more than it should actually cost (already spoke with Geico first) they just assume because I'm a woman I'm stupid.
