Horrible. The salesmen follow you around, it's annoying and makes it hard for you to focus bc you feel like they're going to try and push whatever they can on you. I finally told our gentleman that if we need him, he approached us first, and we'll be sure to find him so he gets the commission.
After he wandered off, another salesman approached us, we told him we were already being helped, and he asked where our salesman was. He said it's their job to sell us, and that management tells them to never leave their customers. Blah blah. Just a horrible experience. We needed a new living room and bedroom set. They just lost a huge sale on their annoyance alone.
At least 5 sales associates approached us in the 30 mins we were there. Horrible sales tactic.
