We live across the street from Spokes. After a long day we decided to do a delivery through Amazon Prime. After waiting for 90 minutes we called customer service. While on hold we received a text that the order was on the way. I hung up with cs and then the driver called for someone to go outside. The driver, "Basher" was waiting next to his car. Then, customer service called and said it was a delay on the restaurant side. Fries were soggy. You could tell burger had been sitting. We normally tip well. Had a $10 bill by the door to tip on top of the $5 included. Needless to say he didn't get it. TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE FOOD!
