Battle Blast was a recommendation from a friend as a good stop for kids visiting Las Vegas. We were traveling for a tournament/vacation with a group of families and kids, and contacted Battle Blast to inquire about large group availability on a weekend, even if I was not planning a party.
I spoke to the manager, Kayla. I cannot say enough about her customer service, friendly, quick response, and follow-up email confirmation. She was able to set up our group of 18 kids for 3 games, and at reasonable cost and within our schedule. She was flexible when the #s changed, and managed the whole registration with the kids seamlessly.
The kids had a great time! The tag floor is 2 stories, has a viewing area to watch, it was clean and well maintained, has a snack bar, some arcade games and some places for the parents to sit and talk while the kids are playing. The entire staff was friendly and responsive, and Kayla even allowed us to go into the prep room to take a group picture of our kids in gear. Speaking to the kids, some of them stated that was a highlight of their trip - so thank you to Battle Blast!
I would definitely recommend this place to any teams or families visiting Las Vegas and looking for kid-friendly and clean entertainment.
