I called in to make an appointment for the first time ever. and i spoke to a rep named Ashley she was very rude and unprofessional and once i was i was going to go somewhere else she HUNG UP the phone on me and i had called back to speak to a manager she was also unapoligetic.. I was able to get the corporate phone number and i will be contacting them to make a formal complaint for this reason Nationwide will never have my service again.
