My wifes phone froze while trying to fix camera feature. Not knowing how to unfreeze it we brought it to att dealer at 140 s green valley pkwy Henderson where we have our data plan. The tech Maggie immediately unfroze it( I had no clue) and then spent at least 15 minutes trying see if we needed more data storage or could fix camera. Eventually she realized it was camera itself and not because of not enough data. But at least by unfreezing phone my wife had all her others features. Since we hadnt bought the phone from ATT I thought it was very nice of her to take time to help us. Very good service!!!!
