What a great experience! A few weeks ago we were in a hurry to update my husband's wardrope for a new position. As he is hard to fit, we are willing to pay a bit more for quality. The two suits he bought were altered within 24 hours and we had excellent help with mixing and matching shirts and ties.
While on a two week business trip, my husband found one of the shirts had a large tear through one of the button holes (the shirt had not even been unpacked). Definately a manufacturing issue. But today when we went to exchange the shirt without a receipt, we were ready for battle.
Surprisingly they were more than happy to exchange it. Additionally we were told to take advantage of their 2 for 1 sale and were given an additional shirt. Couldn't have been happier with how we were treated by the staff at Moores today!
