Don't go to anyone else! The reviews on this company are spot on and the reason I picked them.
Just like when something goes wrong with your car, you want to be able to trust the person telling you what's wrong with it and how much it will cost. If you don't have that trust, you're always going to wonder if you got screwed. Because face it, if you were an a/c repair person or a mechanic, you wouldn't be calling someone to do the work - so trust is more important that cost.
My A/C died on a fairly warm September day. Brenda at the office was able to move things so Jorge came out before 10am. It was my worse nightmare - the whole thing was shot. I had a hole in my coils and coolant was blowing out. No way to repair.
Jorge was able to help me replace my unit with a more energy efficient one and he worked with me to minimize costs. With a handshake deal, he promised to have a new unit at my house the following morning (a Saturday.)
Good to his word, Jorge and his brother showed up the next morning and 2 hours later I had cold air filling my house. They left no mess and installed the unit in the right location where the lazy builder didn't.
I'm keeping their name and will use Flores again. I would recommend this company without reservation.
