It should be call Snooty and Company. I went there yesterday to have my dog groomed and bathe. I asked her if the Groupon would work and she said yes. I bought it right in front of her. After I purchased it she said it was only for the bath and not for the haircut....which clearly states that. But I was still confuse as to why she didn't mention that prior since I asked. Anyway, I was told it should be about 2 hours. I finally received a call 4 hours later. They stated they couldn't do the groom because it was too difficult. They had 3 people tried to hold him down as she said. My dog weighs in at 13.5lbs, btw. They were only able to give him a bath and clean his ears. When I picked him up she had the nerve to tell me that he had to be abuse and I told her that was not the case. He's been groomed before and he has never had a problem. She continue to say that he was clearly abuse and he must have had a traumatizing experience. Now I would agree because he just had 3 people hold him down. I can only imagine what else was done. $17.50 for a bath I could have done myself and I was insulted of being an abuse parent. I've had him ever since he was a puppy. If it was so difficult why wait 4 hours to notify me. I will never go back there and I would not recommend this place. Poor my baby.
