I got a haircut at Great Clips by a former student and she recommended the school for hair color. I called that day, got in that day. Nina, the instructor, seems to be everywhere, checking on all the students as they work. I had a particularly challenging problem in that I wanted to mask my grey hair and have highlights. The process was time consuming but Dasha, my student stylist, was very gentle and thorough. When I left I was satisfied. As happens sometimes, when I get home I look closer and decide, eh, maybe something could be different. I made another appt., this time with Kaylee (I hope thats spelled right, she has a long braid.) With Nina never far away we put a toner over my hair to soften the overall look, which I was very satisfied with. For this second procedure I was NOT charged. It seems customer satisfaction is very important here and for that I am grateful. This is the place for me, at least while we are in the valley!!
