I have decided to update my previous review and drop them down to 1 star (only because I can't give them 0 stars) the tech working on my feet made me bleed and then played it off like it was nothing and stuck my foot back in the water. My toe got infected after that and hurt like crazy for a month! If the techs didn't have time to do the service I asked for theu should have told me instead of rushing me through. I don't mind having 2 people working on me at once, but unless I've requested an "express" pedicure I've never had one so short. To top things off they started to clean the tub with chemicals while I was sitting there letting my nails dry, right underneath me!! The owner, Nina, also the person who made me bleed, has messaged me and had a friend of her's message me asking me to take my review down. I will not. They are very unprofessional and run an unsanitary business. Avoid this place! It may look noce and clean, but it is not! And they are way overpriced!!
