Not only did they nail the classic dim sum dishes, the chef has also created his own unique takes on the classics like lobster dumplings and foie gras rolls, and these dishes were very well executed. Service was one of the best I've had in a Chinese restaurant (and I have seen them all). Great place for "innovative dim sum"!
