Great place to live loving it unfortunately having to deal with management not knowing how to work their system recently.... I call since there's a problem with my rent amount they can't figure it out tell me that I need to go get a cashier's check so I can't pay my rent till the end of the day go pay my rent and then I get a call after I pay my rent that I have to pay a fee for a five-day notice which could have been avoided if I was allowed to pay my rent online like I should have been able to but unfortunately the staff doesn't know how to work their systems... tenants BEWARE they are currently there in negotiations with APS changing something on them without notifying them and there's fluctuations in your common electricity cost... Called this morning and tried to have the 5 day notice waived and was told they couldn't also told different information about when I had to pay this notice fee first was told when I could I asked today if I could just pay this on my next rent she didn't know put me on hold to ask the book keeper who wasn't there yesterday and comes back on saying when I can again I ask again if that can be when I pay my next rent she said she'll leave that conversation for when the assistant manager Calls me we'll see how long that takes
