Absolutely awful customer care. No show on delivery - 1 week later just 10 mins before delivery i am told there is only the chairs on the truck and not the table. A collective approx. 15 calls made from me to ashley who are poor at letting me know anything. I complain and say i have now waited 7wks for this table and chairs and they try to charge me 10% because i want nothing to do with this contract anymore. They will waive the 10% on the broken table but not the 6 chairs. But the chairs are part of a set with the table. Anything to screw you over and dont even act sorry about it - just constantly tell me someone will be in touch. I have made a formal complaint and a week later have still had no feedback. They literally dont care about their customers at all.
