The only guy there worth interacting with was Hector. The rest of the people were cold and unfriendly. Even my wife who is friendly to all thought so. He cigars are overpriced. You can get authentic Cubans down the street at cafe gitana. They are great for buying exclusive cigars and for the ambiance. Caveat here is that I don't drink so if you want a mckellen Gold this is the place to come. Another great place was stogies which is, ironically a dive bar converted to a cigar lounge...ok it's better than a dive bar but with dive bar service. No one who works there smokes cigars.
Overall cafe gitana was the winner on price and service with la casa having a beautiful lounge, a Hector, and exclusivos.
