Bellagio stay was nothing like what we had thought of. When we booked the room we had asked for 2 queen beds instead we got 1 king bed, the guest service person told us we will get a phone call the next day to see if we can get the room we wanted. Arriving to our room, we had dirty linen on the bed and have been waiting for more than 40 mins now to have someone change it. Also the upholstery fabric on the bed end couch has these white stains... puke!!!???? Well for sure never coming back here... please evaluate other options before booking here.
