Worst customer service EVER!!!!!! Do not use this company, they were not willing to work with me. We used our home warranty on this plumbing issue & I called 24 hrs after they received the order because I had not received a call from them. I also confirmed with them the property is a 4 plex & it is unit B although the property address showed the first unit. They told me on the phone that they will make sure he goes to the correct unit, well guess what they serviced the wrong unit, haven't got a bill but I'm sure they are going to charge me so I called the office & explaining they went to wrong unit & to go back to correct unit & they refused. They said I needed to change the way my contract reads with first american, this is rediculous!!!!! We have 27 properties & use our warranties all the time & have never had this issue. I spent 5 hours on the phone between the warranty company & the plumbing company. Hoping first american will take them off their list!!!!!
