My 14 Edge started funny first thing this morning (dying battery). Drove it straight to Sanderson without an appointment. I parked so I wouldn't block anyone who had an appointment. I spoke with a service advisor within 10 min of my arrival. He said it would be 3 hours. No biggie because I showed up unannounced. He told me to wait a minute while he made a phone call, he came out a couple of min later and said QuickLane would be faster. Went to start my car to pull around, dead battery. QuickLane jumped it, moved my car, and I was out of there within about an hour as promised. And it was covered under my warranty. We have bought 4 vehicles from Sanderson (Jason Lopez) and will continue to go back time and time again. Anytime we have had an issue, they've been super helpful. Even with my 13 Focus that had serious tranny problems after I hit 15k. They always put me in a car knowing I come from the other side of town and have kids to pick up and drop off. Everyone we've met is super friendly and as helpful as they can be. Thanks again for helping me this morning and getting me in and out of there. You guys really are great!!
