Horrible! The hardware for my platform master bed went missing. The plug for my one year old fridge was smashed. I had to call an appliance repair man for $200 to replace it. Not to mention there's a nice scratch down the handle! The corners on all my dressers are scratched up. My beds are scratched. I had MANY BROKEN & DAMAGED items. A ladder never showed up with my belongings. They spilled oil all across my driveway of my brand new home. Customer service does not answer phone calls or respond to emails. I had to pay the remaining balance in cash when they arrived for delivery. Who knows how long it will take to go thru the claim process with this kind of customer service. Big mistake using united moving of Las Vegas. Do not recommend at all!
