Was running late and kept in contact with the receptionist about my time of arrival and how lost I was. She couldn't really assist me when it came to providing me directions on how to get there but only provided me with directions to go down the hill to be back at Chelsea's plaza.
I was forced to reschedule my appointment as soon as I got there but decided that I would be better off getting a refund.
My review isn't based on the service since I was unable to get one but it is based on the professionalism and atmosphere this place gives me.
The place looked clean but the ambiance made me feel a bit uncomfortable. It was very dark and it looked like only one ceiling light was on. I understand that once you're in the room you want everything dimmed but when you first walk in you pass through a little dark hallway and have the staff staring down on you is creepy. (Basically watching your every move). When I walked in there I didn't feel any sense of professionalism from the employees. They were dressed in hoodies and sweatpants and had long stiletto nails. I honestly don't know how anyone can get a nice massage without these workers digging their nails into you...
Honestly after seeing what I saw today I might just stick with bigger chain massage centers. I was not happy with how I was greeted or the attitudes of these ladies.
