Don't take your car here unless you want them to totally mess it up! I took our 2 year old Camry there for a simple oil change and fluid check last July. Oops! They forgot to tighten the oil plug. By the time I got home, about 2 miles away, all the oil was gone and my car was smoking and overheating. I didn't realize it was overheating until I got home. My husband checked under the hood and realized what had happened. We called Jiffy Lube and what did they say? "Just bring it back and we will fix you up!" No way! The next day, we replaced the now-missing plug, refilled the oil and drove to the dealer who told us the engine was burned up and would cost over $1000 to fix. Did JL do anything about that? No, but they did say they would give us our next oil change for free!
