originally, my first visit was good. The dentist was alittle stuck up, but my shots didnt hurt and everything went smoothly. i was happy when i left. UNTIL i missed a next appointment because i got called into work, they have a strict "no show" policy, that caused them to tell me they would not finish a root canal that THEY started. Now, I have a semi-permanent filling that has worn all the way down, a MAJOR infection in my tooth and when i call them and ask them to finish it, thy still tell me NO. No other dentist will touch my tooth, because another dentist started the work and that puts a huge liability on them. My health insurance is going through hell trying to find me a endodontist that will finish an infected root canal with all the liability issues. AS A DENTIST, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT WORK YOU STARTED IS FINISHED AND THAT TOOTH IS HEALTHY? I have had an infection off and on for 8 months, you can literally DIE from that. Even better, I have met 2 other people who also had horror stories about state valley dental.
