So this pharmacy doesn't seem to get it together. The pharmacy staff is incompetent and fails to communicate with customers. I called earlier today to check on my prescription. The automated prompt stated my Rx has been received. I pushed 0 to speak with a tech. The tech insists my doctor never sent in the RX. I call 2 hrs later and lo and behold my prescription is filled yet the tech insisted there was nothing in their system? On a previous occasion I had the flu. I was told my wait would be 15 min. No biggie. Even though I had terrible cough and fever I decided to wait it out. An hour later I get up to ask why my prescriptions hadn't been filled, come to find the first person who helped me failed to input my insurance info into their system correctly. Really?!?!? No one bothered to tell me of any issues until I stood up. To top it off, the PIC seems to be bothered by consult requests; that's literally one of the two things you are hired to do. The only reason why I continue to come to Walgreens is because they are literally next door to my house otherwise I'd ditch their terrible service and long wait times.
