This company was assigned to me by my home warranty. I've had bad experiences with vendors before through my home warranty, but this encounter was as smooth as it gets. They called in the time frame mentioned by the home warranty to set up an appointment to look at my electrical outlets. Also, they were able to accommodate me with a later appointment time. On the day of service, the technician showed up in the time frame indicated. He was courteous enough to take off his shoes upon entering. I've had other companies that just walked onto my white carpets with their dirty shoes....so I was glad he took off his shoes by his own volition. He went straight to work on the outlets after getting approval from the home warranty. I would definitely recommend them for ease of communication. I'm not sure what their normal call fees are, but the technician did a great job and worked efficiently.
