Salespeople make you feel like THEY'RE doing YOU a favor by talking to you. Avoid them...unless you like poor treatment. Service department is great! Unless you question them, or heaven forbid, demand a new replacement part while still under warranty. If you trust them, great. If not, be careful, or you'll upset these guys.
Phones are out of order now that they've moved to their new place. Expect to call them back several times, and when you do the operator will not like it & will become rude. Very unprofessional. If you ask for a manager, expect the run-around or to be hung up on.
