I tried to set up an appointment to get a sleep study done here at the recommendation of my primary care physician. I have to say that my impression of this place is that it's very unprofessional. I dealt with someone there named Brittany. In trying to set up an appointment on a couple of occasions she has stated that she needed to get verification from my insurance company regarding my coverage. That made sense I thought. What didn't make sense is that on one occasion she took WEEKS to get back to me which is completely unacceptable. Then something happened which required a reschedule which restarted the whole process. This time I assume that Brittany is never going to call me back as it's going on two months since I last heard from her. At this point I've made arrangements at a different sleep center. I guess that Nocturna is doing so well that they didn't need my business. Fair enough. I'll just say for whoever is in charge there at Nocturna, if Brittany still works there she's making your business look very unreliable and incompetent.
