Given its proximity to Lotus of Siam, I'm shocked that I'd never heard of Komol before (add to that the absurdity of trying to get a reservation at Lotus) and am beyond elated that I've discovered this place. The cuisine at Komol is classic Southern Thai and boasts some of the most unique blends of sweet and spice.
Although I've yet to dine at Lotus, I can't imagine it could be worth such a wait when Komol is as tasty as it is and trumps all the Thai I've had all over town.
