DO NO VISIT THIS CLINIC!!!!!
I went in for a viral infection, and after two weeks, I still have not gotten back my test results. I spoke with the clinician that I travel and would not be able to come in for a visit for in person consultation. We both agreed that we would be ok to discuss results on a direct call. I have called in five times to ask for my results and have a phone call to discuss.
They called back two times from an unrecognized out of state number, left garbled voice messages. I called right back both times, no answer.
This clinic, it's staff and practitioners are extremely negligent and irresponsible.
I'm going to contact my ins company to deny their claim.
When I initially went in, there was nobody there in the waiting room, and I still had to wait about 20 minutes just to get into initial consultation. From there it took another unnecessary hour.
I absolutely should've gone to the local ER at this place. Medical review board needs to take a look at this facility and its practices.
Additionally, I'm really questioning the positive reviews that are five stars here. The entire staff, are unpleasant and inefficient, and seemingly not there to service patients, but rather to socialize with each other. There is nothing urgent and not much care at this urgent care facility.
