We went to Laird Automotive Services for the first time today. Surprisingly, we'd never been before even though they're located only a block from our house.
Our Suzuki needed its emissions test in order to renew our plates and we'd read on Yelp that this place was the best bet.
We were greeted pretty much the second we walked in the door. We gave them the keys and within (no word of a lie) 1 minute, our car was already being worked on. In less than 10 minutes we had the keys back in our hands and the job was done. And it was only $30!
While we were waiting, another employee came out to make sure we were being attended to. This shows me that the service is good and I certainly have to say they were very efficient.
There's a nice, comfy leather couch in the waiting area and there was a big basket filled with Lindor chocolates to snack on.
All in all, we were very happy with the service and will most likely be going back when we need to!
