Turned my dog away. She was sick. I came in at 11am right when they open and nobody was in the lobby but me n my dog, yet was told they can't see her today because of a surgery....wth? Referred me to southside animal hospital, so that means i had to drive way out of my way to go to the south side. Not very nice customer service and I read they do this all the time!
I do understand how patient care could suffer, as my dog was turned away (she was a recipient of that "patient care suffrage") and you did not help her because of the inconvenience. The vet she did end up seeing took all of 10 min to check her out and prescribe meds...the same amount of time it took for you to call me 3 times (after you heard I was going to put this on yelp), then email me, then respond to my yelp post!! (All after the fact n while you were " too busy" to see my sick dog.
All good, we will never go back there again!
