Bad customer service. Walked in looking for an entryway table. Found one that we loved in less than 10 minutes. They did not have it in stock, but they could order it and it would be in in 2 weeks. I asked about purchasing the floor model and Brian told me he would check with the person in charge and call me back either that night or the next morning. By 4 p.m. the next day he had not called back. So I called him and his response was, "oh sorry I never got back to you." Informed me the person in charge did not want to get rid of the floor model. If I knew I could find another table like that easily I would have went elsewhere, but instead ordered the table. It's bad business to say you are going to call a customer and then not call. I'm thinking my measly purchase of a small table wasn't important enough to him.
