Awesome spot for a couples' dinner but brunch is my favorite time to visit Echo. Located in Tivoli, the atmosphere is exemplary. Our waiter was hustling to see to all his tables, which made for a longer wait time, but his expressions, that of a wandering pilgrim in a farmer's bizarre was so entertaining, we didn't care. Next time, I will defn post pictures.
I make my own bone broth. On that note, the butcher said Tuesday's were the best to pick up stock bones. Their meats are specifically chosen for quality, humane practices, and locally sourced. Not to mention, the selection makes a meat gal tingle.
