The customer service here needs a big upgrade! Having to wait 1 1/2 hours to sign paperwork for a car you are paying cash for is very annoying and lacks aggravating. The car was not detailed, could not locate other key, didn't have convertible top cleaned of mildew stains all the had been promised when we signed paperwork after waiting for 1 1/2 hours. The only reason we waited this long was because they were the only dealership with the car we were looking for. I wouldn't reconnect this dealership.
