Thank God! Finally a more than fair shop that fixes Mercedes Benz's. The place is new and and I heard good things so I went there. The owners are right off the boat from Germany and I say that with all due respect and in a good way. It is run by a husband and wife team. He has more than 20 years experience working on German cars. She is friendly and very efficient running the office. German cars is all they will service. My MB blew a voltage regulator in the alternator. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He told me what part I needed and even offered to allow me to purchase the part myself to insure I get the best price. Then he would install charging only $95 an hour for such skilled labor!. He explained he wanted to keep his labor costs lower than the others to bring in more business. The total bill came to $278 including the part which he found at a lower price than I could. From experience, anywhere else would have costed hundreds more. Also did a mention what a nice, friendly likable couple they are? I'm hoping more and more people go there as this type of service and non gouging should be rewarded. Great experience overall.
