Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience staying with my family at the Talking Stick Resort. The day before checkout I requested a late checkout only to be told that none was available. The front desk person then went on the say that security would be patrolling the halls and at 11am sharp would enter rooms and put any items to the lost and found!! I could not believe what she was saying.
At checkout I reviewed the 2 room charges and pointed out that they had charged me two different room rates despite making the reservation for both rooms through Hotels.com. I showed them my reservation confirmation that I received from Hotels.com and the manager would not honor the rate..
All I can say is that those last two experiences changed the way I feel about Talking Stick Resort. I will not book again at the Resort and I will warn people away given my poor experience.
