Went in with a very distinct nail shape (very pointy stiletto nails). Showed the nail tech to make sure that she was able to recreate this shape and she lied and told me yes. When my nails were done they were not pointy AT ALL. I didn't even have the energy to correct her.. because she obviously knew what I wanted from the beginning and chose to ignore me. The pedicure was mediocre and is already chipping. The atmosphere was awkward with there only being one other customer. Not a great selection of polish either. Will never be returning.
