Steer clear! Rude and remarkably unprofessional. If you're going to their office, it would be wise to arm yourself due to the seedy neighborhood where they decided to setup shop. I showed up exactly at the time agreed. Their door was locked (go figure, they're in the barrio), knocked a few times and nothing. Huge waste of my time. Below is their response. Like I said, steer clear.
"James, you have a pretty comprehensive opinion based on our front door... We were here... waiting for you. Unfortunately, you have wasted our hour of my time booking your appointment. Take care, James. Best of luck to you and your endeavors. I'm confident, based on your professionalism, that those you have working with and for you are tripping over themselves to help facilitate your needs.
I would suggest you research a little more before leaving a "seedy" office like ours at next time. :)
