If you don't mind sorting through your delicates smack, dab in the middle of Tijuana, where you can't decipher whether it is safer inside with the Mexicans who account for it's general population, you are more then welcome to venture outside where you will be repeatedly asked for either money or cigarettes from the local homeless population who seem to earn most of their drinking/drugging money directly outside of this fine establishment in the parking lot (apparently I should quit looking for work and grab myself a ratty piece of cardboard and take up a new, proven profession). The laundromat is like any other in Phoenix, nothing special, nothing to make them stand out, I don't even think that they offer free WiFi. Plus they make you pay for laundry with a preloaded card which is utterly annoying especially when you need ten cents to buy something and all you have in your wallet is a laundry card with 17ยข on it, lol!
