This is without a doubt the worst parking service or customer service of any sort I have every had to deal with. Their rates are absurd for what they offer. They have people paying $90/month for a lot that is 3 blocks outside of the city, basically in the woods and is not even paved! If you feel like walking into work with your shoes covered in mud, then they are the service for you! Not only are their lots awful, but their office staff is even more of a disappointment. My car was booted after parking in a lot 1 block closer for 2 days when it was pouring down rain and they booted my car AND gave me another ticket. $110 later, I wait for 45 minutes at the end of a work day for someone to come take the boot off. I miss a scheduled class because I waited so long and her response was - "that's not my problem". I tried to explain to the female in the office that I called them that morning to note I wanted to park in the lot closer and no one and no one had answered and she talked over me the entire time and had zero remorse or was in no way understanding. As I mentioned, she instead interrupted me every other sentence and talked over me to tell me I was wrong. Even the gentleman that came to take the boot off agreed that this was ridiculous and disagreed with how the entire situation was handled.
If there is any chance you can use a different parking service, I highly suggest it!
