I don't know where to begin. I lived in this place for almost six years and near death and I will show you why I said near death. We moved here saying that we would stay a few years work on our credit and get gone but it's different when you have children so we decided to stay until our boys transition to high school. Upon moving in I was immediately diagnosed with asthma that was strange because I have never had breathing issues. As the years went on Discover that we were living in a very Hazmat situation. We had leaking ceilings, exploding hot water tanks , and black mold and mildew throughout the whole apartment. We would call and they would do the same nothing but spray some stuff that they thought was working but doing my research we found out that they were not taking safety precautions and cared less if my son and I could breathe. Our last few months there was like living in HELL! We had Jermey making us miss out on housing opportunities because he refused to give out our rental history saying that we had to do all sorts of bull before he could speak on our behalf and when talking to the manager to get a full understanding she also just talked right over our heads and cared about nothing we had to say. I usually don't do reviews but I felt like GOD wanted me to share our experience with people who might be thinking about moving here. I'm still seeing doctors and paying medical bills because of this place and I hope that my lawyer can get some answers from them concerning their black mold issues. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU MAKE THE WORST DECISION OF YOUR LIFE. I hope that once I'm settled in my new place and continue to see the asthma specialist I will have my life back and not be sick again and can have pto hours at work due to me being out due to asthma attacks. I must say so far so good breathing getting better by the day.
