I have been a loyal customer to Nissan North Olmsted for nearly 5 years (including purchasing a vehicle, referring friends and family, and getting regular vehicle maintenance) and have generally had great service, except for today. I had the unfortunate privilege of meeting with an associate named Dan. I am looking to sell a vehicle I bought from this dealership a few years ago and simply wanted to get a general buy offer price. Dan refused to even look at my vehicle without providing him a $$ I wanted to sell it for. His tone and demeanor was rude and unprofessional. Clearly, I have a $$ amount in mind and know what my vehicle is worth, but refusing to even look at my vehicle was absurd. I will take my business elsewhere and will no longer refer friends and family to this dealership.
