I had John the technician come out to my place to do a maintenance check up on my ac units and I was surprised at how thorough and educating he was. He went through all of the parameters of my system and was very transparent about how my system was doing. He didn't try to up sell anything as he stated my system was in perfect working order.
He explained what proper values are and that my units were in line with those values. John was also very respectful of my home and family. My appointment was early in the morning and he made sure to be quiet to not wake anyone. He minded any hand prints and cleaned them off the walls. He wore boot covers to help protect my floors.
Overall I refer john and cool concepts to my friends because they are reasonably priced and they do excellent work.
