This Frys Food store location specifically (59th Avenue and Thunderbird Road) is, in my opinion, the worst grocery food store I have been in in YEARS. The store is cramped and has narrow aisles, which is curious because their clientele is made up of a good percentage of seniors that utilize the electric carts. Makes for crowded and frustrating navigation through this store. Horrible customer service attitude, terrible way to talk to customers. Mind you, it wasn't myself that was talked to in a degrading manner - I witnessed an employee with an immense ego problem really exposing her great lack of people skills and lack of proper training. Listen, this is just a Grocery Store people!! The pharmacy in this store does plenty of business because it's the closest pharmacy to the Hospital next door! Folks who choose a customer service oriented career and then fail at customer service should get out of the business. You're not getting my business and most importantly you're not getting my money. Bottom line, in my opinion you should just drive by this store and give another grocery store or pharmacy a try. This Frys doesn't impress me at all, and that's a shame. Thank you ladies and gentlemen.
