You can tell when a business cares about their customers with the way the owners and employees treat them. We had a slight hiccup with a service (a while ago) and Amanda handled it amazingly well by directly dealing with my daughter and I and took very good care of us to find a solution. This place cares 100% for their customers, hands down, and takes pride in their workmanship and services.
Amanda is a top notch person. I really don't believe anyone else would have taken such attentive care of my daughter as she did, when it came to my daughter's piercing.
The other employees, we've chatted with in the shop, make you feel comfortable and welcome, no matter who you are or what you're there for.
