After going here for years, I would expect to be treated me like a person than a number. I was late but I called to let them know. The groomer was rude to me. The groomer has canceled on me before and that's fine because I understand things happen. The groom is usually good though. Most of the time I would drop my dog off before 8 and I was never given a pick up time. I would get a call to pick up usually 2pm or later. Everytime my dog would have to pee and drink immediately so I know they are not being walked or given water. I will never refer The Dog Salon to anyone again.
