Well here's something that really changed my mind about my experience today. Around 3:30, I received a phone call from Bill who is the head of the customer service department. Bill told me that he listened to my phone call from this morning when I was in need of help and agreed the service was not up to par. Do you know he offered to cut me a check for $100 because the service was not up to par? I tried to explain that I had used another plumber and that I was extremely satisfied with the service that that plumber had provided me with today. He replied that this was in an effort to redeem themselves for the subpar service I had received this morning. Bill further explained that the company had been in business for 60 years and that's not the way they do things. As a business owner myself I can completely understand how one negative experience can frame someone's perception about your product or service. I have to say how amazed I am at the way they handled what was a very negative situation and completely turned it around. If I had received service like that this morning they would've had my business from the get go. Nicely done Bill from George Brazil. I can't go five stars here because I didn't have the service provided but this was 10 star handling of a sticky situation.
