HORRIBLE! The worst company i have ever experienced. We are going on day 16 without air conditioning in 110 degree weather. We were scheduled June 30th from 1-6 pm. No one came no one called and they were closed for the next two days after. I call the proceeding Monday and the secretary said she did not know why no one came and there was no documentation on why. She said we are now scheduled for Monday from 1-6. I told her that did not work with our schedule as no one had called to reschedule and make sure we were even going to be home at that day and time. She said ok we can schedule you for next Saturday (a week later!!) The appointment that was rescheduled for the next Saturday was no showed AGAIN! Once again with no call or text from the technician. It being a weekend again they were closed until the following Monday again. We then received a text saying we were scheduled for that Monday from 8-6 pm An all day frame!! Once again without calling us to find out if we were even home on Monday which again we were not which means we still do not have our air conditioning fixed. What ever you do, do not use this company.
